Homail is a limited-use transactional email system operated by Shane Hoban for internal projects and approved client workspaces. Public registration is available, but new accounts require administrator approval before they can use the service.
We store account details, organisation membership, sender domains, API key metadata, usage counters, message metadata, delivery events, suppressions, and operational logs. API keys are stored as hashes, and email payloads are retained only long enough for queue processing and troubleshooting.
Operational retention jobs remove expired sessions, verification records, rate-limit rows, nonce/idempotency records, short-lived message payloads, old delivery events, and historical usage counters. Account and organisation records remain until they are manually removed by an administrator.
For access, correction, or deletion requests, contact Shane directly.
